Who we are
How it works
Fascia and Soffit Cork is an introduction service run by Bartlomiej Standa, a sole trader trading as Elevate Ireland, Co. Dublin. When you send the form, your details go to one fascia and soffit company that covers your part of Cork. They look at the house, price the job in writing, do the work and deal with you directly. We don't carry out fascia, soffit or gutter work ourselves, and we never pass your request to more than one company.
Our prices
The Cork price guide is built from what Cork fascia companies charge and quote, and we keep it up to date. It's a guide, never a quote: the company prices your house after they've seen it. Town facts are from the CSO's Census 2022 and rainfall from Met Éireann's 1991 to 2020 averages.
Our pictures
We don't show photos of jobs we didn't do, and we don't publish reviews or ratings we don't have. The before and after pictures are real houses with our tool's preview on the right, and each one says so. The "before" photos are shared under Creative Commons and credited on our photo credits page.
